Wiper Express, Inc. sends customer care text messages (SMS) from (407) 904-6606. Messages include links to products you asked about, order and shipping updates, and replies to your questions. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
How to opt in
1. By phone. When you call Wiper Express at (407) 904-6606, our virtual receptionist, Wendy, may offer to text you a product link or order information. Before any text is sent, she reads this disclosure:
"Would you like me to text you a link to that product? By saying yes, you agree to receive customer care text messages from Wiper Express at this number. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out."
We only send a text if you say yes and confirm your mobile number. Your consent is recorded in the call transcript.
2. By text. You can also start a conversation by texting us at (407) 904-6606. We reply only to your messages.
Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
